Established in 1988, Bay Ultra Dry is one of the region's longest-standing carpet cleaning and restoration companies. When the opportunity arose to purchase the business from its retiring owner in early 2022, we were excited to continue its proud legacy while investing in its future.

Our journey into the industry began through our commercial cleaning business, SupaClean. While managing cleaning services for hundreds of commercial clients, we regularly needed reliable carpet cleaning contractors. Too often, we encountered businesses that were fully booked, difficult to contact or unwilling to work outside standard business hours. We knew customers deserved better.

That experience shaped the way we operate today. We believe great service starts with great communication. We respond promptly, arrive when we say we will, and work around our customers schedules whenever possible, including evenings, weekends and public holidays to minimise disruption to your home or business.
